While ice packs cannot guarantee that your package will remain completely unmelted, they are highly effective in helping preserve your items during transit—especially during the warmer summer months.
Each box is also lined with thermal insulation for additional protection.
1 ice pack is estimated to last up to 72 hours. The more ice packs you include, the longer your items are likely to stay cool.
Please note: This is not a guarantee, but it does greatly enhance the chances of safe delivery.

If gummies are unavailable, they will be left out of your order. No substitutes will be made.
CUSTOM MIX RULES
Please follow the selection limits for your chosen weight.
If you exceed the limit, we will include only the first few items selected.
No refunds on custom mixes once your order has been prepared.
Selection Limits:
- 1/2 LB – Maximum of 5 items
- 1 LB or 2 LB – Maximum of 10 items
- 3 LB – Maximum of 12 items
- 4 LB or 5 LB – Maximum of 13 items
- 6 LB – Maximum of 15 items
